By accessing or using CAPFLOW at capflow.studio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
CAPFLOW is a browser-based AI caption studio. Video and audio processing occurs entirely within your browser — files are not uploaded to any CAPFLOW server. CAPFLOW is provided "as is" and features may change at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use CAPFLOW. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 13. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent. CAPFLOW is not directed at or intended for use by children under 13.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to CAPFLOW and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

You retain full ownership of all video, audio, and caption content you create using CAPFLOW. Because processing occurs locally in your browser, CAPFLOW has no access to your content and claims no rights over it. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process any content through the Service.
The CAPFLOW name, logo, website design, and application code are owned by CAPFLOW and protected by applicable intellectual property law. The underlying Whisper AI model is developed by OpenAI and licensed under the MIT License.
The free tier of CAPFLOW includes a CAPFLOW watermark on all exported videos. By using the free tier, you acknowledge and agree to this watermark. Removing the watermark requires an active Pro subscription. You may not attempt to remove or obscure the watermark through technical or other means on the free tier.
Pro and Team subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — email support@capflow.studio with any billing concerns.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE PERFECTLY ACCURATE TRANSCRIPTIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAPFLOW AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CAPFLOW IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN US DOLLARS ($10).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CAPFLOW and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any content you process or distribute using the Service.
If you believe content created using CAPFLOW infringes your copyright, contact us at support@capflow.studio with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the infringing content; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief; and (5) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury. We will respond promptly to valid DMCA notices.
